Medicaid magazine
The goal was to develop a new welcome experience for new Medicaid members that would result in greater retention, better program engagement and fewer returned mailers. We created a magazine-style welcome kit using compelling photography and articles that provide essential health plan information while engaging new Medicaid members to take advantage of wellness benefits. I was the lead writer for eight of the magazines.
